As your Health Coach,  I will help you navigate the confusion of how to be healthy. 

 

 

You need to ask yourself, "How is my health working for me?" If the answer is, "It is not working for me", then, hiring me as your health coach will help you change your answer to, "My heath is working for me and I feel great!"  

 

 

As an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, I provide ongoing support and guidance as we set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. 

 

I can also work with your doctor to address your physical health problems or symptoms.  Examples: If they have given you marching orders to work on your diabetes using food, you might not know where to start.  Or, I can work with you and your doctor if they tell you your thyroid numbers are going in the wrong direction...but where do you start?

 

There is nothing wrong with needing and hiring a coach, whether it's a physical training coach to make sure you show up at a gym, or a therapist which is like a mental health coach or me...an INTEGRATIVE NUTRITIONAL HEALTH COACH to help you get your health on track or your kitchen and pantry on a healthy track.  

 

If you are interested in just a couple of sessions to learn how to eat well and live well that is a simple ask. These sessions are usually meant as a teaching session for those that want to learn about nutrition, how the body works or about chemicals/toxins. 

 

However, the best approach to sustainable changes is by working with you during a 3 or 6 month time period with an end date and a goal. A 6 month time period will give you the most success because that is how long it takes to make lasting changes. During those 6 months, weather changes and food seasons change, relationships change, finances change, etc. So, having a guide during that time will keep you on track with your health goals.

 

 

 

Remember, you can't exercise enough to make up for a bad diet and you can't be healthy being stressed all the time.

  • One Time, 60-minute session 
  • Can be used as a teaching session
  • Can be used to learn about nutrition, how the body works,  different methods of cooking: instant pot/slow cooker, etc. or how toxins affect the body

Portobello Mushroom Level

 

What you get:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Simple healthy recipes or handouts pertinent to you
  • 3 month commitment

Together we will:

- Explore what is keeping you from your health goals
- Create your personal health plan
- Decipher your body’s unique needs
- Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

 

Cost:

$125 per session, 6 Sessions, $750, must be paid up front.

 

 

Truffle Level

 

What you get:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Simple healthy recipes or handouts pertinent to you
  • 6 month commitment

Together We will:

- Explore what is keeping you from your health goals
- Create your personal health plan
- Decipher your body’s unique needs
- Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

 

Cost:

$100 per session - 12 sessions, $1,200
