Ingredients


8oz Unsweetened Vanilla Nut Milk or other milk alternative option (optional)

8oz-16 oz Water, depending on consistency of shake or if you added milk alternative

1c Leafy Greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc. - fresh or frozen)

1/4 avocado

1c berries (frozen blueberries, or raspberries, or blackberries or cherries or any combination)

2 scoops multi/mineral+vegan protein powder

Optional Add-Ons

1 TBSP seeds of any kind
